We’re renowned for our exquisite music for wedding ceremonies
We transform services into celebrations! Our wedding ceremony music inspires smiles, laughter, tears and goose bumps. Our music also delicately sets the tone for your union, creating feelings and emotions that will last a lifetime.
Here’s just one of many wedding ceremony music testimonials:
“I just wanted to send on our thanks again to the violinist for playing at our wedding. I’m sorry I didn’t actually get more of a chance to chat with her on the day. I loved the music, it really set the atmosphere and I have to admit I was almost lost for breath as I was about to walk down the aisle. Myself and Wayne had talked about getting emotional thinking about that particular song and that was definitely the case for me on the day. Thanks so much! Misty & Wayne, Bathers’ Pavilion Balmoral
There are many reasons why couples choose Something Borrowed, the fact that we play exquisite ceremony music is just one of them!

“We just got back from the honeymoon and are settling into married life. I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for such an amazing job at our wedding. We constantly receive great feedback from our guests and in particular the music at the ceremony.”
Larnie & Steve, Manly Q Station
“We’re going to send out our proper thank you’s after our honeymoon, but I just had to tell you that your strings group, and that magnificent Soprano, were my favourite parts of my wedding! I’m told that the singer went out of her way to help my sister with a decorations problem, for which I’m so grateful. And way she sung, and the way you all played was just so, so, special! Thank you very much!”
Cate, Monte Chapel Wedding Ceremony
“We just wanted to say thank you so much for providing us with such beautiful music during our ceremony and afterwards on the lawn. You played so beautifully and helped to make our ceremony so special and memorable – we couldn’t have asked for anything more.”
Graydon and Morgan, St Joseph’s College, Hunters Hill
“Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you guys. It was PERFECT – the songs were great, the volume was spot on and you both were extremely professional – especially considering we moved you around. You were both lovely guys too! It all came together and everyone commented on how great the music was!”
Deb, Manly Q Station
“It has been several weeks since you played at our wedding and my wife and I would like to thank you for a fantastic job you did with the music on that day. It sounded wonderful and feedback from other guests also commented on how lovely the music was and how it made the ceremony pretty much perfect. If needed for the future I will keep you in mind and definitely recommend you to anyone we know who may need your services”
Steven and Rebecca, Gymea
“We just wanted to pass on our thanks and say a big thank you for the beautiful string music that you played at our wedding day. It was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing. Mai’s entrance to Pachelbel was amazing and my heart and chest were pounding so hard I’ve never experienced that feeling before. Thank you Jeremy and all for a job well done !!! It was a very, very special part of our day.”
Paul and Mai, Curzon Hall
“Just wanted to say another ‘Thank You’ to you and your band for your performance at the Quay reception on the 30th December. The guests were buzzing about the music and you and the band were so helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely recommend you guys should any of our friends/family need a band for a function. Thanks again!”
Danny, Quay Restaurant
“I just wanted to send you a small note to say congratulations and a huge thank you for your service and collaboration for the wonderful wedding of Kate & Guy. It was utterly terrific to be able to do an event with you and I know that the couple were tickled pink with your service, professionalism and overall performance on the day. It has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure working with you in the lead-up to the event and on the day and I truly hope that I am fortunate enough to be on board for many more events with you to come in the future. Many thanks again for your time, help, co-operation and collaboration. It was such a fun & successful event (albeit very VERY wet!) and all the best for the remainder of your season!”

“We’re going to send out our proper thank you’s after our honeymoon, but I just had to tell you that your strings group, and that magnificent singer, were some of my favourite parts of yesterday! I’m told that the singer went out of her way to help my sister with a decorations problem, for which I’m so grateful. And way she sung, and the way you all played was just so, so, special! Thank you very much!”
Cate, Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College
“On behalf of my wife and I, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and Mike for an exceptional performance at our wedding and superb customer service from beginning to end. As busy professionals, with very limited spare time, to have been able to coordinate the day in an efficient manner without even meeting in advance was priceless for us. I would offer you and your business all the luck for the future but with such a great product and your customer centric values you don’t need any luck. Attached are a couple of pics from the guests and if you would like, when we get the professional pics through I will happily send you a couple.”
Sam & Sarah, Central Coast Wedding
