25 Jun Wedding Harpist & Singer
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had the official Royal Harpist entertain their wedding attendees on their special day; you too, can offer your guests a regal experience by selecting our talented Harpist Sydney based.
Our Something Borrowed wedding harpist is a popular option for any lavish affair – allow your guests to be captivated by our harpist for hire as they play your choice of key-songs – or a range fit to your day.
The wedding harpist is a beautiful choice to walk down the aisle to and accompany your ceremony. You are welcome to let us know what songs you would like to take your final steps to your one and only before you join in matrimony, or we are happy to make suggestions of songs that work best throughout the day.
A popular option is to have a harp and singer perform. Having both a harp and singer attend your wedding adds an extra element to our harpist Sydney based performer. Our attending singer will wow your crowd with their vocals whilst the duo working together is a match made in heaven. Our musicians are university trained professionals that are incredibly passionate about music and enjoy sharing in our client’s big days. You can choose from a male wedding singer or a female wedding singer.
Like the royal couple, you can have the harpist and singer play during your reception to allow your guests to enjoy the atmosphere and mingle between themselves with the music as a background to your evening. Our harp and singer perform classical and modern music depending on the atmosphere you are setting for your event – a selection of our music videos is available here on this web site for you to see the pair in action. Whether it’s the classical Amazing Grace to give chills, or something more modern – the pair will perform your choice of key-songs to the delight of the audience.
Something Borrowed singer and harpist Sydney based are happy to travel to your special event’s location whether it be in the Sydney CBD, Blue Mountains or Southern Highlands – if you have a destination in mind, get in touch with us to see if it is somewhere we can cover – we do enjoy the adventure.
Whilst we have our harpist for hire, if you wish to add other musicians such as our cellists or violinists, please feel free to enquire. At musical functions we are flexible with our packages and are happy to tailor a package to your event requirements. You want 60 violinists dressed in pink? We will see what we can do!!!
The team at Musical Functions offers flexibility between packages and we are happy to work with you to create your ideal musical set up. Our String Quartet Sydney group often performs with one of our beautiful vocalists to take the experience to a whole extra level or class. For smaller, more intimate affairs, we can provide reduce the ensemble to a fewer number of musicians. A nice touch for more intimate celebrations and weddings is three musicians (String Trio – 2 violins and cello), Violin and Cello Duo or a singular solo violinist to perform for you, either based in one place throughout the event, or performing in amongst your guests spreading joy with your chosen songs, or special requests from your guests. Our string quartet hire has a range of options that fit almost any affair.
